1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (theoneatx.com) and/or applying for membership with The One, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or apply for membership.

2. Eligibility

Membership is limited to individuals 21 years of age or older. By applying for or using membership benefits, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Membership Application & Approval

All membership applications are submitted through our partner platform, Join It.

  • Membership is subject to approval and may take up to 10 business days for processing.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, with or without explanation.

4. Membership Fees & Payments

  • Memberships are billed either annually ($10,000) or monthly ($1,500/month) via Stripe through Join It.

  • An optional open bar membership may be purchased for $60/day.

  • All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership.

5. Referral Program

  • Approved influencers may receive a unique referral code offering 20% off to their referrals.

  • For each successful signup using a referral code, the influencer will receive a $200 payout.

  • Fraudulent, self-referrals, or any attempts to manipulate the referral system will result in disqualification and forfeiture of payouts.

6. Member Conduct

As a member of The One, you agree to:

  • Conduct yourself with professionalism and respect within all venues

  • Abide by all posted club rules and event policies

  • Not share or sell your membership or access credentials

We reserve the right to revoke membership without refund for behavior deemed harmful, abusive, illegal, or in violation of these Terms.

7. QR Code Access & Identification

Your membership includes access via QR code and/or digital ID.

  • QR codes are non-transferable and must not be shared.

  • Lost or compromised access credentials should be reported immediately.

We are not responsible for delays or denials of access due to misuse or unauthorized access attempts.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, logos, and images, are the property of The One or its partners.
You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of this website without written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of this website and membership is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected and used.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in membership.

  • All services and perks are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or your membership after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
