By accessing or using this website (theoneatx.com) and/or applying for membership with The One ATX (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the site or apply for membership.
Membership is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By applying for or using any membership benefits, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
All membership applications must be submitted through our partner platform, Join It. Applications are subject to review and may take up to 10 business days to process. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion, with or without explanation.
Memberships are billed via Stripe through Join It. Members may choose to pay $10,000 annually or $1,500 monthly. An optional open bar membership is also available for $60 per day. All payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
Approved influencers may receive a unique referral code offering 20% off to their referrals. For each successful signup using the referral code, the influencer will receive a $200 payout. Fraudulent activity, including self-referrals or manipulation of the system, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all payouts.
All members agree to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect while within our venues. Members must abide by all posted rules and event-specific policies and must not share or sell their membership or access credentials. The One reserves the right to revoke membership without refund for behavior deemed harmful, abusive, illegal, or in violation of these Terms.
Membership includes access via a QR code and/or digital ID. These credentials are non-transferable and must not be shared. Any lost or compromised access credentials must be reported immediately. We are not responsible for denied access due to misuse or unauthorized use.
All content on this website, including logos, branding, images, and written materials, is the property of The One ATX or its partners. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content without prior written permission.
Use of our website and membership services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, used, and protected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The One ATX is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in membership activities. All services and perks are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected with a new effective date. Continued use of the website or your membership after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Please check this page periodically.
